One interesting moon to study would be Europa, which orbits Jupiter. It is believe to have about a 60 mi. thick band of water around it, some of it in liquid form which could harbor some form of life!
Jupiter has 63 confirmed moons in orbit around it. No planets are in orbit around it, since they would then be classed as moons. The planets in orbit either side of Jupiter are Mars and Saturn.
By adding in secret areas and opt. side quest and a strong story.
because of its size and gravitational pull it gathers many moons over years and years of rotation.there is no telling what happens on the other side of the sun when we are on this side.
Right now scientists do not know why the Earth-facing side of the moon has thicker crust. One proposal is that Earth may have once had two moons that collided at relatively low speeds. The geologically different regions on the moon would then have originated from two separate moons.

Two moon orbits placed side-by-side would be onlyabout 10% bigger than the diameter of the sun.Using:Lunar orbit . . . 238,000 miles radiusSolar diameter . . . 865,000 miles
As Earth rotates, the side of Earth that facing the Sun spends more time in daylight, while the opposite is true for the other side.
because on one side so many astrodes have hit that side so of the moons crust have eventually over time has eroded away. than on the other side because it hasn't been hit as often.
Mercury and Venus, which makes sense because the tidal forces created by the Sun's gravity would be stronger for those two planets, which would make it difficult to capture moons. Tidal forces are created by the difference in the gravitational force between one side of a prospective orbit and the opposite side.
It would be very interesting as Confucius was a philosopher that everyone believed and from him a religion was formed. Side by side with him you would become very wise and learn many valuable lessons in life.
Even though the same side of the moon faces us,we do see a bit more then have of then half of the moons face.over time, because of librations,we can see up to 59% of the moons surface.
In our solar system and likely all others Gas Giants. There are only 2 Terrestrial Planets with moons, The Earth and Mars they are Luna (The Moon), Phobos and Deimos. Jupiter has 67 Known moons Saturn has 62 Known moons Uranus has 27 Known moons Neptune has 13 Known moons On a side note Pluto which is a dwarf planet has 5 moons Charon, Niz, Hydra, P4 and P5
