Ivy Tech Community College has a mortuary science course if you are interested in just the short way out. But most morticians do indeed operate which does require a medical degree. This is where I would check out IUPUI. That stands for Indiana University Purdue University of Indianapolis. They have excellent medical training and hands on experience.
Plumton College does not seem to offer an online computer science course that can be found. However they do have a good range of courses available at the college.

If it is a college level science class, it is a fun science class unless only if you are willing to do the work including the math, memorizing, and studying. College science involves college level math and a course with less math will most likely be a course requiring more memorization.

It depends on what the 'distribution credits' or 'core curriculum' requirements for your college are. You will probably have to complete a science distribution. This could be filled by a number of subjects besides biology(chemistry, physics, geology, psychology, astronomy etc.)
