I am a patient not a doctorThis can be indicative of activity in the brain stem region. Which might not show up in a head MRI. This is a real symptom that can present itself to a certain number of patients. If you are not currently seeing a neurologist I encourage anyone with MS to do so, and go to the national MS society site for more info
