My1994 Honda Civic DX starts shaking when its in drive and you press on the brake When you put the car in park it doesn't shake as bad but still shakes you open the hood and the motor is shaking why?

It sounds like a misfire on one or more cylinders. Run a compression test and if that checks out ok, try a tune-up. Sounds like a vacume leak. Check all vacume hoses. Start at brake booster
