hell ye$$ IF HE IS THE FATHER OF YOUR DAUGHTER'S CHILD THEN YES, HE SHOULD ASSUME A FINANCAL ROLE IN HIS CHILDS LIFE, EVEN IF THEY ARE APART .
if the father's paternity is admitted or established in court he may be ordered to pay support. he may also have to pay part of mother's medical care.
what you should do is show him the pregnancy test and if he doesnt care u can break up with his ass and find a new guy who does!!!!!
One word. NO No, Not at all
He should support her and try to help her
As simple as this: HAVE HER SEE A DOCTOR! Children really shouldn't be pregnant, especially at 11!
Get him drunk and suck him off!
Recently, NJ extended support to include the college years, but on this issue, it would be a matter up to the courts to determine, especially if she continues her education. If not in continuing education, the obligation should have stopped at age 18.see links
The fact that the child is pregnant should have nothing to do with parental responsibility.
not neccesarily. but you should at least try to support the kid if she decides to keep it. not neccesarily. but you should at least try to support the kid if she decides to keep it.
no she should be using protection
yes. it is always good to give your pregnant dog support.
well yeah since she's the mother. Is it morally right to be deciding whether or not the mother should live with her pregnant 16 year old daughter is the question. and the answer to that is no. The mother should know that her daughter is very young still and most likely wouldn't be able to care for herself AND the baby. Living with a boyfriend wouldn't help either since he's probably young too and wouldn't be able to provide enough support.
Probably not, but he should return to court and get an order terminating support (including a statement that he owes no arrearage). He should not unilaterally stop paying support.
