Start with an electrical check. Remove one of the spark plugs and lay it on the engine head. The case of the plug needs to make metal-to-metal contact with the engine to complete the electrical connection. Have someone crank the engine and you should see a spark. Don't hold the plug in your hand or you may get quite a jolt.
If you have spark the electrical system is probably good. Next you should rent a fuel pressure gauge and check the pressure of the fuel pump. It should be 13 psi.
If the fuel pressure is ok it may be bad gas. The gas tank may have to be drained and clean fuel put back in.
Could be your starter.

Need to see if the plugs are firing, check the coil, distributor cap and rotor.
Check the park lamp fuse.
