My 1990 corvette power door locks quit working the fuses appear not to be blown is there a in line fuse?

Apart from the main circuit breaker in the fuse box, there's a separate fuse box with 4 fuses under the passenger side dash. You have to remove the hush panel and look all the way in the back to see it.
