I'm not 100% sure, but it might be a vacuum leak in the PCV pipe. Maybe the EGR valve needs replacing. Replacing any air hoses should help too. You should also replace the charcoal canister underneath the coolant tank.

Q: My 1995 Buick V-6 Skylark on occasion stutters when rpm drops below 2000 on the tach. If I accelerate and keep it above that it's OK. Seems to be weather related as mostly occurs when it is damp.?
