I had the same problem trying to locate the port for the OBD II on the Mitsubishi 2003 Galant.. It turns out that it is on the drivers side, under the dash where the steering wheel is located. I had to get on my back with a flashlight to get to it, but it is pretty easy to spot when you are down there.. Mine was White. I hope this helps you out..
