My 1997 Acura 3.2TL heater fan won't work on any speed Heat will come through by gravity though Once in a while fan will kick on then go off after I shut car off what do have to do?

You need to have your heater looked at and possibly replaced. This is one of those parts that could be found at a salvage yard and put in for some cheap labor.
