My 1999 3.0L Dodge Caravan stalls while driving. It seems to happen when I take my foot off the gas to brake. It will also start after stalling Any help would be appreciated?

some carbon may have built up on the throttle plate remove are filter tube to the intake and you can see the throttle plate spray some carb cleaner on it and this should help and replace fuel filter to if it has not been replaced
