The starter relay or solenoid is probably the problem.
Because the old one is bad and does not start the car.
First guess would be a starter motor Does it turn over?
I just had the starter on my 2001 dodge neon replaced for $300.00 parts and labor and it was ready within the hour.

jump the terminal on the switch and try starting the car. car should start
If you have juice for other things, try a jump. If it won't crank when you attempt to jump, it may be starter. If it runs but If it goes dead again later, check alt. If alt good, replace batt.
well first you need to check the fuses to see it you might have blowned any of them then you may need to check an see it the silanoaid is any good.thats where most none starting starts
