I have a '93 S10 Blazer with the same problem. The fuse is in good shape and replaced the old bulbs with new ones. It still won't go on when put in reverse. Your local public library has repair manuals (Chilton's or Hayne's) for your vehicle available for check-out. Chapter Six has the procedures for manually retrieving the trouble codes, what each code means, how to trouble-shoot and how to repair/replace components.
There is absolutely no way anyone could trouble shoot with such limited information. You will have to get a repair person out there as soon as you can affort it.
