Kinda hard to explain an electrical issue but here we go!!! Ohms law states many things that doesn't get threw to alot of people it's very complex and hard to grasp. But once you get it, it becomes 2nd nature. Okay let's start the easy way. With electricity ONLY 4 things can happen. Short to ground, short to power,High resistance, and an open. With any and all electrical problems always resort back to those 4 rules. Now to explain, when you have a open something doesn't work. Blown fuse, broken wire, bad ground etc. High resistance and the most complicated one is when something kinda sorta works. Headlamps dim, wiper motor slow, slow power window operation, etc. Short to power is when something is always on. When you turn the headlamp switch off and the lights stay on, tail lamps stay on after removing from reverse, etc. And the last one and your question short to ground. Blowing fuses, melting wiring, blowing bulbs in extreme cases, etc. The easy way to explain is a power wire is touching a ground circuit. So chaffing, pinched wires, exposed wiring, etc. The easiest way I have found is to isolate sections of the wiring harness. Purchuse a decent manual and if it's exterior lights go to that section and find where it starts. If you can install a circuit breaker so you don't go threw 100 fuses. Then go down the line disconnecting connectors one by one checking the fuse affected each time until it doesn't blow. Then you have isolated it in that section of the wiring loom. That's how I do it and it works everytime. Hope this helps good luck and good hunting

You have to remove the wiper cowl assembly, and the alternator mounting brackets.
yup
'Shorting' is selling stocks you don't have in the hope that the prices will fall. When the buyer demands delivery of the stock you can then buy those stocks in the open market for less than you already sold them for, making a profit in the process. If the prices do not fall, you have to buy them anyway and will lose money on the transaction.
This dumbbell rack comes assembled already. It should be welded together already.
By improving the already existing assembly line.
Yes. Or you can use butter. If you are a margarine family, you can use that too.If you use butter or margarine, remember these already have salt so you can reduce the amount of salt if the recipe calls for it.
the rear wheels don't need to be disconnected from anything, they are already free wheeling.
Unfortunately, yes. You don't have to do the assembly dojo though
Hire some body. I recently started changing mine out and it is a bear. So far I've removed the A/C unit ( Already disconnected and not going back in), Dropped the secondary blower motor, and loosened the dash face in order to remove both A/C and Htr assembly. If there is an easier way I hope somebody will post it.
Generally when a coil gets disconnected it makes it open circuited and current stops flowing through it so if the motor is already running it stops else if it is started it does not rotate. There might be a heat that is produced in the coil that is being connected to the supply
No need to assemble. its already molded fine finishing metal rack , You just to your desired location.
The problem is the horn ring under the steering wheel, not the horn.
