My 6 week old pitbull vomited her water and has yellow brown diahrrea she refuses her food but is drinking water her eyes are ok she's not dehydrated her coat is bright what could it be?

There are several things that could be causing this, including a virus. It would be best to visit a veterinarian to insure that the dog is properly diagnosed and treated in case it may be something serious.
