Does the motor still run? If so the plastic gears that drive the lift arms to raise the h/l assembly are stripped. I'm still looking for a rebuild kit but so far looks like motor assembly replacement might be the only option. Here is a site that has the rebuild parts. http://rodneydickman.com/n21.html ,
