My 98 Chevy blazer will not start nor will any lights come on or the horn wont work ive gotten a jump but it still wont work whats wrong?
You may have a dead battery. Get a charge in the battery or get a jump start.
Also, if you're in the US most of the major auto parts stores (for example, Advanced Auto Parts) will test the battery for free. Check the earth connections between the battery & the chassis also between the chassis and the engine

When you release the parking brake they come on. When you park again and apply the parking brake the DTR lights will stay on, unless you stop the engine and re-start the engine. Since the DTR lights are inter-wired to the regular headlights, they can not be defeated without affecting the regular headlights.
