My Acer V243HL monitor is not working it has been starting up then saying 'input not supported'. I am using an Advent DT2410 with Windows 10 how can this be fixed using what I have?

How do you boot windows without a working monitor?
Moved the computer and now no display works. I tried repair and getting into safe mode on Xp with no luck it goes straight to windows Xp.

Maybe yes, maybe no. Depends on if there's a compatible port on the computer in which to plug the monitor in, the graphics card that's installed and the type of monitor may or may not be compatible with an older OS. But chances are that yes, you probably would be able to get some basic working functionality out of it.
Connecting broken desktop to working laptop.. Xp and vista.. possible?
I have a windows Xp desktop that has been used.. Ehm.. it's connected to a Philips 107Ez monitor. Since i got the desktop, they've worked fine together. But, one day.. It just stopped working.. I've tried the desktop with a different monitor and it didn't work and I've also tried the Philips monitor with different desktops.. I got a laptop .. An emachines E525 in windows vista.. When i turn on the desktop and the monitor. I can hear the desktop working and the monitor clicks and the light turns on for a second. then it flashes on the button to signify the computer is off.. which it's not..! I was wondering is there any way to connect the two to get my old files off it? HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!

Because the configuration on the first monitor has to be working correctly in order for the second monitor to work correctly. Also, so you can see what you are configuring on the first monitor.
