Bulbs? Sockets? Steering column switch?
You need new bulbs
Change front light bulbs
We just had the same problem with a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix. It turned out to be the turn signal/hazzard switch. Good Luck!
If you already checked your bulbs then check your fuses, usually this is the case when all the lights stop working at the same time.
Start with the fuses, then check the bulbs, then start tracing wires.
The turn signals and hazzard lights operate by 2 separate "flasher" units. They are usually found up underneath the dash. They are round (about the size of a half dollar) and just pull out. They are pretty cheap. (less than $5)
Answerits the relay switch behind the hazzard button good luck Check the wires that go from the front to the back, look for brakes or corrosion, also check if truck has trailer hitch wirring hookup.
has anyone checked the fuses and bulbs?
Blown fuse, failed bulbs, bad switches, etc.
try the turn signal switch, the connector on it, the connections to the signal lights, the wiring, etc. On some vehicles, the turn signal switch controls front and back blinkers separately
