How do you fix the blinkers flashers on your 1997 Dodge Intrepid the fuses switch and bulbs are fine?

The turn signals and hazzard lights operate by 2 separate "flasher" units. They are usually found up underneath the dash. They are round (about the size of a half dollar) and just pull out. They are pretty cheap. (less than $5)
