My PC sometimes will not turn on but the led light and fan are on i tired to re apply a thermal grease in the CPU it works ok after that but when i shut it off for a hour it still have the same?

Just check if the heat sink is making a good contact and tied properly to the processor. Is it is still not fixing the problem it can be some thing else other than the thermal problem.
