My Peugeot 106 headlights will not work when dipped however when on full beam they work fine Have checked the bulbs and the fuses and all fine Any ideas Thanks?

I had the same problem and it turned out to be a faulty indicator stalk. In your case it could be the same or just a faulty relay which is situated behind the glove box
