If you are having trouble logging in after the suspension period is over go to the Help Center, browse to Google Help › YouTube Help › Solve a Problem › Account Issues › Unable to log in with my Google Account and look for a Contact us link at the bottom. There will be an option for an Account Issue on the contact form.

∙ 14y agoWell it depends on what you really did to get it suspended mostly when accounts get suspended they don't come back unless the moderators find that you didn't do anything wrong or what you did was very minor. If it was minor YouTube will bring your account back.
