My acura integra has only ever had 100 percent synthetic oil they forgot and put regular in is it damaging?

i have a 96 manual and i use full synthetic on mine but you dont have to use full synthetic..if you dont know what is in it right now then i would go for a 50/50 oil(half synthetic and half regular) because you can always go back from there to either regular oil or full synthetic...but once you go full synthetic you can not go back to regular or you will mess up your motor...and you are supposed to use 4 quarts
