You should have a DNA performed to determine if you are indeed the child's father. If you are the father, you can get visitation but you will also have to pay child support to the mother.
Not if it's approved by the court. see link
Yes, you can. However you need your father's permission too if he's your guardian.
alone, because say if her sister mother or father is saying no trying to put her of?
There is a saying 'necessity is the mother of invention' If what is invented is called technology then that is what 'causes technology'
I would think that if the mother and father are not together and the mother is willing to give up custody of the child to the father than the father would have rights to the child. If the adoption papers haven't been canceled yet they will have to be signed when the baby is born saying that the mother and father give up parental rights to the child
Zuko asked his father where his mother was in the last episode because he doesn't believe that his mother is dead and that his father is hiding something about her. Zuko's mother used to care about him more then Azula and she just vanished over night without saying bye or anything. Also he hasn't seen his mother since he was a little boy, and wanted to the truth and now feels confident to ask his father now that he is Emperor. -Signed Avatar the last airbender freak.
If father was awarded custody before and his circumstances have not changed, unless the mother's situation has improved dramatically the father has a good chance of maintaining custody.
* Be sure it isn't true first. If your mother is unwell it could be the disease she has such as Alzheimer's, etc., or possibly some medication she is on. Be sure your father has talked to the family doctor about these accusations and if he hasn't then you'd better ask your father if there isn't some truth in what your mother is saying.
Her Mother, and Father, had agreed to name her that before she was born. In an unpublished interview her Mother was quoted as saying "love made her so her middle name was love".
Yes, if there is a statement saying that you don't know who the dad is and that your moms name is written clearly as your mother/ guardian
Do you have a court order saying you have visitation? Are you the biological father? If so then YES. Go back to court and file for custody.
