Yes. Some adolescents (and possibly older men) view sex as a conquest and the partner is pretty irrelevant. If you're talking with boys in the locker room, it's all about quantity and not quality.
On the other hand, why does that matter? If he cheats with someone he isn't attracted to, what will happen when he meets someone that is actually likes?
