If I was you, I'd leave him. If he would rather spend more time on a screen while smoking, I would not put up with it. I'm sorry to say it, but I think you've wasted your time and money moving. If you really, seriously love him so much as to wait for him, then try that. He'll get bored of his computer eventually. The smoking part... I can't help you there. But good luck on your endeavor. :)
