My boyfriend grinds his teeth at night. I know that the night guards help out with it a lot. but i just dont think he'd be willing to use one. Any suggestions from anyone please?

The night guard is really the only option. You can get many that are very low profile and that you can make to form to your teeth at most drug stores. If he continues to grind eventually his teeth will be ground almost flat and cause all kinds of issues and pain. Tell him to suck it up and wear a guard.
