If you do, it will be the next evolution of human being, or the second coming (so to speak). It is possible, but extremely improbable.
Firstly, pre-ejaculate has a very slim sperm count, if at all. It is presently suspected that women who got pregnant from pre-cum did so by sperm from a previous orgasm pushed out by the fluid.
Secondly, sperm do not survive very long in open air, and then it would have a long, hard swim. That would have to be one badassed spermatozoon.
