Well at this point your boyfriend thinks hes got you wrapped around his finger. So he flirts with other girls to get a reactions from you.
He probably feels bored with you and wants someone else you should fight for him tell him that he needs to respect you more.
make sure that he not just friends with the girl because theres two things he could be doing
1: getting advice from her
2: Cheating
