If he is no longer a minor with future plans for college or at least getting out and working then yes, this is a concern if he wants to move in with his mother. Although rents are very high today there is a thing such as getting roommates to help pay for the rent. If he is going to college he may have to move in with his mother because rents are high and he will have to save every cent he has. It's best to communicate with him and ask what he feels his future is and are you included. If you can't communicate now then you won't have a strong relationship. Communication is far more important than even sex believe it or not.
