If brakes are squeeking and you are low on brake fluid Probably time for new linings or pads, I would check them before just adding brake fluid. Brake fluid resevior should be located on firewall on driver's side
oil your breaks

my brakes squeek do i need new brakes??? More than likely it's just a build up of brake dust causing the squealing best advise I can offer is to have the brakes checked & cleaned As long as the brakes are not grinding you should be OK for a little while
Does it squeek? Or is it grinding? Possible sand/ gravel trapped in your brakes. Or you need some new pads. If it's during winter and you break hard and start sliding.. then it would be your ABS kicking in.
Could be the belt in the tire, that can cause it to squeek, also it could be the wheel bearing or the C/V Joint.
Sounds like bad wheel bearings Also check transmission output shaft bearing and u joints
geek.
Only one.
it will squeek
when they start to squeek
You will hear a loud grind or metalic squeek or knock when you go over a speed bump. It will also cause the whole suspension assembly to vibrate or wobble at high speed. It also can affect handling in corners.
Loose or worn belt?
