I think you can be...depending on your cycles. If you've missed your period, take a test.
There is not for sure way to tell that you are pregnant without a test, especially if you suspect that you are pregnant. Look for symptoms such as swollen/tender breasts, nausea, missed period, and fatigue/tiredness.
yes,you still COULD be pregnant. Not every woman has the same symptoms but nausea and tiredness are most definitely symptoms.
missed period, nipples are dark, breasts grow, feeling sick/nausea
It's kind of hard to figure that one out.Your symptoms of pregnancy will usually appear anywhere from the first week of your expected period to 1-2 weeks after your first week of expected period. Your first signs of pregnancy most commonly include missed period, tender/swollen breasts, change in color of the breasts, fatigue, nausea/vomiting, increased sense of smell, and weight gain. Yes, it is completely normal for you boobs to be extremely tender and hurt. I have had three girls, and my boobs were extremely tender every time I was pregnant. It tends to be more in the beginning and the end of the pregnancy, not so much in the middle for me.
Missed cycles, nausea for a few days in a row (not necessarily the same time every day), tender and sometimes swollen breasts, fatigue/tiredness, frequent urination, headaches and backaches are early signs of pregnancy.

Not every pregnant woman will experience all of these symptoms. See the Related link below for more information.

Tender breasts are a sign of pregnancy, but they are also a sign of your period coming. You should take a home pregnancy test or go see a doctor. You can look up planned pregnancy in the yellow pages, you can see a doctor there. You may be able to find some help there. They will also help you with finding the right form of birth control for you. If you don't want to become pregnant, you need to use protection every time.
