My chihuahua is 1 year old she has never had problems with eating but today she hasn't eaten a thing even if i hand feed it to her help?

It just may not be hungery at the moment, or it may have an upset tummy. I wouldn't worry yet. If it still isn't eating tomorrow, call the vet and they may have some suggestions.
