There are 2 bolts that are located right below the stereo in the dash. You can remove these bolts then you can pull out just that center section of the dash to get at the cigarette lighter and accessory plugs. Or at least that is how it is on my 2000 Ranger.
Remove the retaining ring on the top of the cigarette lighter assembly. Pull the cigarette lighter assembly out and remove the wiring harness from the back of the assembly. Reverse the process to install the new cigarette lighter assembly.
Ok I have just purchased a set of replacement headlight assemblies for my 2001 tundra How do I get to the bolt on the bottom left or right to remove the assembly.
remove the ashtray from the assembly you will then find a screw that needs removed . remove that and the assembly will come right out

The turn signal flasher is located in the same assembly as the hazard button the dashboard just above the stereo. You need to remove the trim pieces from the dashboard in order to access the flasher assembly.
The dashboard is the assembly between the front seat and the windshield/firewall. The dash usually contains the gauges, radio, heater/ac, etc....
Its part of the windshield wiper motor assembly. It unsnaps from the assembly for EASY replacement!
They are on the back side of the instrument cluster. You have to pull the assembly out from the front.
no there should be a replacement bulb you can get that just screws in the back of the assembly
