If you are asking what to do about a lot of viruses on your computer, then I suggest you install an antivirus program. There are plenty of free ones, like AVG, Avast, and Avira. Update it once it is installed, then run a scan. I also suggest you install and scan with Spybot Search & Destroy from safer-networking.
