My dog keeps getting really stiff and can't walk. I try to sooth her but she can't relax her muscles for a few. I don't have the money to take her to the vet. what could it be?

why does of my terrapins make a movement at the other which involves getting up close to his face and moving his front feet really fast. It lookis really aggressive but i don't know if it could be some sort of mating movement.
