Press and hold the Sound button in until you hear a beep. Then press the 4 button to adjust the hour, and the 5 button the adjust the minutes. Press the sound button again to start the clock.
To set the time on a Casio wr50m watch, select normal time view from the mode button. Press the adjust button, and seconds begin to flash. Adjust the time with the start/stop button. Switch from seconds, minutes, and hours with the mode button. When the time displays correctly, press the bottom adjust button to set the time.
Use the controls on the side of the seat that you would use to adjust your seating position. The button that you would use to adjust the reclining angle on your seat is also the button that will adjust your headrest. Simply slide the button down and the headrest will lower.
First press the 'set' button.. hold it and press the 'mode' button... Holding this two button press the 'adjust' button.. That is you will be pressing the 3 button at a time. Press the clock adjust button on the back. The display will show 12h or 24h. Press and hold clock adjust button for about 2 seconds. Display will begin to flash. On the top right of unit there are two buttons that are labeled 'hour, min, sleep" Use these to adjust the time. Once the time is set, press the clock adjust button again.
