I am actually going through this same exact thing. My dad died in January after having a suddenly stroke in May of 2011. Since it was unexpected and he was so young, there was absolutely nothing in place. You have to have paperwork drawn up stating that you are the executor of the estate then anything that you weren't the beneficiary of should be transferable.
Yes, he has a child due in June 2012.
passed on from father/mother to child
no
Before or after he files an injunction ordering a return of the child?
Yes you must probate and become the administrator over the estates and items he possesed. You will need to contact a lawyer that deals with these situations to help the process.
Jurisdiction can be transferred
Yes, but you can file to have the obligation transferred to the child that's over 18.
Of course ... Wolfgang only outlived his father by 4 years. His father died in 1787, and Wolfgang passed on in 1791.
The father talked with euphemism of how the child's mother had passed away.
yes see link below
No, you can't. First, you can't sue a parent for child support. Second, there is nobody to collect it from since your father has passed. However, if your father has an estate you could contact the attorney handling the estate or a private attorney to determine if you have any rights in his estate as an heir at law.
His legal spouse and children would be his next of kin.
