YES, if you are on a self-starvation diet or are on something that restricts your body's hunger calls it is harmful already. Even as a tiny growing fetus your baby still feeds off of you and depends on you. AVOID diet pills, for one they are not only extremely harmful to you and can tear up your inner organs but are placing chemicals into your growing baby's body. Compare it to taking street drugs while pregnant. Pretty much the same effect.

You can if you want, and it is suggested if you are trying to prevent an STD. But it is not necessary if you are just trying to prevent pregnancy because you cannot become pregnant again since you have already conceived.

It is very rare for the tests to be inaccurate in giving a positive result. Are you certain you are not pregnant? I did have this happen, but they determined it was an early miscarriage. Many women have miscarriages before they ever discover they are pregnant. Usually the women who are aware of it are ones who are trying to conceive or have been pregnant before (and therefore know their body's signs). Both tend to start testing early... in my case, I tested early for both reasons. I'd already had two children and knew what pregnancy felt like, and I was also trying for a third baby. I did several tests that came out with a light positive result, but days later I did a test at the doctor that came out negative (the next month, we conceived again and now have our third baby!).
