My fiancee' wont come out of the bathroom he says he cant move cause it feels like he is constantly having a bowel movement he also said he saw blood in his stool and his back hurts very bad why?

If he's hurting so bad that he can't come out of the bathroom, you may have no alternative than to tell him you're calling for an ambulance. If he's bleeding in his stools, there is obviously a serious problem. He needs medical attention.
