First off remember- don't let anyone pressure you into something you don't like. Next, if you want, gather up every ounce of courage you have and try to notice a time your crush looks at you. Don't stare at him. He will feel creeped out. Now look at him for 1 to 2 seconds. Not any longer. If you really feel brave, give him a nice smile. Now go back to talking to your friend. Even fake talking to someone. He will most likely continue staring. Now after a second or two glance quickly at him. If he is still looking at you look away. That's how to do it. As for being scared, why? Be confident in yourself. Even though you really like him, if he makes fun of you for looking at him then he wasn't right anyway. That's his problem. Don't be scared, if he doesn't like you, then that's his loss.
