Well, there are various amounts of users/hackers that conduct 11th prestige lobbies. You basically just have to be patient and wait to get in one or ask a friend that knows somebody who knows somebody, etc. Either that, or you could be the hacker. Many websites to do that but i recommend you don't, unless you don't care bout being banned. Hope this helped.
