Go to the round icon in your Google voice account (upper left) and open the menu to settings. Uncheck your forward calls to number box then check the Google chat box instead.

Install and restart you browser. GO back to your Gmail account and try calling your number again. Your computer should start ringing. You need your Gmail account open to hear incoming calls.
