i was in the same position, i bleached my hair myself and almost had it falling out! you should try hair masks, leaving your condition on a while(maybe 30 mins) then rinse. you could also try sleeping with condition in, that works.. use some spray conditioners. once it gets a bit better, go and get a little trim so you can get the dead ends off and it will grow faster :) hope this helps
