All my fuses and relays work. My horn and cruise control do not work. Also my airbag light is flashing. Could it be the clock spring and if so How do I change it out.
Could be a defective horn relay, located in the black box under the hood drivers side near fire wall. There is a legend of relays/fuses on the lid of this box. If the fuses are good on a 1996 Jeep Cherokee and the horn still will not work, check the horn relay switch on the passenger side fender wall inside the engine compartment. Also check to make sure that the horn is hooked up properly.
underneath the hood on the passenger side there is a fuse box. open it and check the fuses if they are dead replace them.
Try checking the relay works and none of the fuses have blown. the fuses and relays are normally located next to the steering wheel column or under the bonnet. also check the earths.

The wiring diagram for a 1998 Ford Explorer XLT can be found in the service manual provided by the manufacturer. If the power windows, moon roof fuses, and power relays are good but the windows and moonroof do not work, then it is likely a wiring problem
My 1995 town car horn does not work, sometimes it work one times when I start the car. I have a 1994 Town car and my horn and cruise only work when the adjustable steering column is in the lowest setting. Haven't figured it out yet.
If your headlights, horn and everything work, I would have the ignition switch checked out. Make sure you checked all ingition fuses and relays first.
It might be the switch itself.
