My hp-g62 laptop keeps freezing suddenly and while it freezes it makes a stuttering noises what's wrong?

I have the exact same laptop as you and to be honest, I have had no problems with it what so ever. Is the noise coming from the hard drive, fan, DVD drive?? For the crashing/freezing, it could be from viruses/malware (and what not) to hard drive failure and other components failing.
Firstly, how hot is your laptop getting? and is the crashing happening after about 30 mins - 1 hour?
you could also try booting in safe mode. If it still crashing in there, try repairing the O/S with a windows ?? disk or reinstall your O/S (with the serial number under your laptop).
If you manage to boot in safe mode and isn't freezing, download and install malwarebyte and run scan in safe mode.
If still no success, take it to a computer shop or contact me via private message.
