It is very understandable to be very close to your spouse as you two were probably married for many years. Please consider finding a close friend or family member to talk to so you can get your feelings out. If this doesn't seem to help look for a grief center where other widows and widowers go to talk, this should help. These people are in your same situation and understand what you are going through. I do know this helped my 86 year old Aunt when when Uncle passed two years ago.
