My mom cosigned a loan for me this quarter and the money is already disbursed can she refuse that she cosigned it that would cause me to be kicked out of school?

Here is what can happen though, if your mom claims that she never co-signed the note and the signature is not hers the creditor will have her sign an affidavit to that extent. The creditor then can proceed against you civilly and criminally to protect its interests. Most likely that is what will happen. Depending on the amount of the loan it could be a felony charge, you should immediately seek legal representation in order to protect yourself. Potentially this kind of stuff falls under the statute of fraud and thereby you could be subject to that. I suggest that you work this out with your mother to prevent this from becoming a nightmare.
