My screen on my samsung u600 is broken and all my contacts are saved to the phone. Can someone please give me a walk through of the keys i should press to transfer them to the sim?

The screen on mine's going too so i might be using these instructions myself in not too long.
menu,
up, select, [phonebook]
up, select, [management]
down, select [copy all to]
down, select [sim]
select [confirm]
it finishes within one or two seconds.
